Q: Are tiny air bubbles, slight color difference or flash normal for the mini beads?
A: They are handmade resin items. Minor air bubbles, flash and slight uneven painting are normal craftsmanship features and not considered defects. Perfectionists please think carefully before purchase
Q: What should I do if my items arrive broken?
A: Please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the parcel, and provide the complete unboxing video plus photos of the damaged goods. We will arrange reshipment or compensation after verification. No after-sales service for damage claims without an unboxing video.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
Q: Can I combine multiple orders?
A: Orders placed at the same time with the same shipping address can be combined upon request to customer service. Extra shipping fees from separate orders will not be refunded.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Address modification is available before shipment. Once packed and dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
Q: Can I string them as beads? Do they have pre-drilled holes?
A: Most pieces do not come with holes. You will need to drill holes yourself if you want to string them. Please check the product description before ordering.
